Criteria and Selection
Our
primary basis for selection will be the
overall originality, aesthetics and quality of
your product(s) or service(s).
Consideration will be made
for artisans, businesses and organizations
from Northwestern Ontario.
All applicants must include
a high quality photograph of your work.
All
applicants must include a detailed description
of the wares you sell or information you
distribute.
Deadline to apply is June 30th,
2007.
Applications will
not be accepted after this date.
Fees
and Services
The fee
to participate in The Market Place will be
$50.00.
This
includes a space for your booth (approx.
25’X25’) and 1 Adult Weekend Pass.
The
booth, tables, racks and on site advertising
of your business is your responsibility.
Those needing electricity
will be required to bring their own source;
we are unable to provide any.
Overnight security will be
provided on the festival site.
Applications

how the items are made and a completed list
of items you wish to sell

Payment of $50.00 by
cheque or money order made out to Live From
the Rock Blues & Folk Society Payment
will be processed after applicants have been
notified of acceptance by email or by phone.
Please Note:
Artisans are responsible
for obtaining their own insurance.
If you require more than
one Weekend Pass these must be purchased.
If you plan to camp,
camping passes must be purchased for each
camper over 12 years of age at a cost of
$15.00 each for the weekend.

Keep in mind that this is
an outdoor event along the shore of the Lake
Superior with the potential for cool
temperatures and wind, so dress and organize
your booth appropriately.
